    Warranty Condition

    1. The defect of parts (excluding wearing parts, etc.) in cart produced or supplied by Zhengzhou BAK New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. in materials or manufacturing is found in normal operation and maintenance condition.

    2. When determining warranty, dealer of Zhengzhou BAK Automobile or the service institution permitted by Zhengzhou BAK Automobile will consider the following factors.

    The following situations are beyond the warranty scope:

    1) Failure to execute rational or necessary maintenance as per the specified time and method in Golf Cart Series Manual and Golf Cart Warranty Manual leads to the damage of cart and parts and components;

    2) Damage of cart and parts and components results from the severe overload, improper operation, etc.;

    3) Users' abuse or careless operation of cart or cart refitting in any method, including but not limited to the refitting of vehicle's speed limiter, brake system, steering, drive axle and other operating system, causes their behaviors beyond the BAK Automobile specification damage vehicle and parts and components;

    4) Users' improper repair, maintenance and storage leads to fault;

    5) Collision impact, burning destruction, scratching off, etc. resulting from external factors, other than defects of the product itself;

    6) Expanded secondary defects and associated relevant parts damage resulting from continuous driving of the cart with fault or hidden fault;

    7) In the product quality problems, Damage of product due to user's improper disposal after damage;

    8) Damage resulting from irresistible factors (such as fire hazards, waterlogging, sand and dust, collapse, war, etc.);

    9) Very slight feeling not resulting from the materials and manufacturing defect, or feeling or phenomenon only occurring in very special conditions;

    10) Small noise or vibration which wouldn't affect cart quality or function;

    11) Very slight leakage near sealing gasket or oil seal which wouldn't affect the product quality;

    12) Lack of valid invoice and voucher of "three guarantees";

    13) Product quality problems of wearing parts beyond warranty period;

    14) Time or income loss and relevant fuel cost, telephone bill, board and lodging expenses, travelling expenses, transportation expenses, tolls for road crossings, various commercial losses, etc. resulting from cart's failure to be operated during repair period, are beyond the warranty and guarantee scope;

    15) Change or corrosion of electroplated parts, paint film, rubber covering and soft interior trim in normal operation process.

    16) Warranty service isn't provided for the battery delivered to other organizations or individuals for private disassembly.

    17) The following repair and maintenance expenses are beyond the warranty scope:

    ► Normal abrasion of wearing parts and replacement expenses;

    ►Expenses of normal inspection, adjustment, maintenance and repair;

    ►Expenses of the project with technical forced replacement as specified and required in regular maintenance;

    ►Expenses of adding and replacing normal consumable auxiliary materials and parts and components, such as lubricating oil (grease), differential oil, fuse, etc.

    3. The labor hour and material fees generated in warranty service shall be assumed by Zhengzhou BAK New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., but the warranty excludes the incidental cost, etc. such as:

    1) Any relevant personal injury or property loss;

    2) Time loss, the loss of personal property or incomes, and expenses of leading cart, resulting from cart's failure to be operated during troubleshooting period;

    3) Expenses of overhaul and regular replacement of parts and components as specified by our company;

    4) Direct or indirect loss resulting from improper operation, manual damage or accident, etc. isn't compensated.

    5) All parts and components replaced within the warranty scope are owned by Zhengzhou BAK New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.

    6) Zhengzhou BAK New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. reserves the right to determine repair method and warranty coverage.

    Warranty Period

    The warranty period is limited, namely cart shall not enjoy warranty right when warranty period expires. This warranty regulation is only related to the cart, and shall not terminate due to the change of cart owner.

    Remarks: Start date: Vehicle production date.

    (1) Whole vehicle: Whole vehicle warranty: 12 months

    (2) Parts and components:

    1) Refer to the following page for classification of parts and components and warranty period.

    2) All parts and components replaced for free within the warranty period will also enjoy the warranty, and their warranty period ends after the "three guarantees" cycle of the original parts of the whole vehicle.

    The parts and components replaced in warranty shall be owned by Zhengzhou BAK New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.

    ① Warranty service isn't provided for low-voltage electrical fuse, relay, lamp, various floor decoration parts, on-board tools, cart body color bar, front/rear bumper, exterior trimming parts, seat back, charging harness and its pedestal, brake hub, brake shoe, instrument board, ceiling, mud guard, front and rear wheel brow, tire and exposed degenerate wearing parts.
    ② Warranty period of other unlisted parts and components lasts for 1 month.
    ③ The parts and components replaced in warranty shall be owned by Zhengzhou BAK New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.
    What can I do to service my cart?

    Daily: Charge batteries fully.

    Weekly:

    • Checking tire pressure (24 PSI for Lifted & 30 PSI for Non-Lifted carts)
    • Check all lights (headlights, taillights, turn signals)
    • Horn Operation

    Monthly:

    • Check and fill battery water levels (serviceable batteries only/distilled water only)
    • Clean battery terminals of corrosion and apply anti-corrosive spray/gel
    • Tighten battery terminal connections (95-100 in. lbs)

    Yearly:
    Schedule your yearly service with your BAK EV dealer for critical fluid changes, grease the front end and other serviceable fittings, electrical services, overall inspection, tire rotation, etc.
